Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board (NPC) is said to have reduced its flip-chip substrate (6-layer) average selling price by 10-20% for graphics chips and chipsets with rival Phoenix Precision Technology (PPT) believed to have similar pricing pressures, according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.
